November 8 2010

So today was the beginning of the long journey to October 16,2011. I did the first running the mileage buildup stage. This week I run run only a total of 14 miles. There will be four days of running 3 of rest. 2 Days at 3 miles and 2 at 4 miles, there is always a rest day in between runs. Of course my diet still sucks. I am using a plan put together by marathontraining.com. So just a quick thanks to them. I still need new shoes, some day I will find the time, but for now my shoes are still in decent shape.
